My position at Landor Associates encompassed four primary functions: creative direction, consulting services, staff development and administration.

Clients included Microsoft, Rivals.com, Lizardtech, The Seattle Times, Teletech, Humongous Entertainment, Boeing, and France Telecom.

Microsoft-related projects included "Windows Me," Microsoft's "Easy PC" initiative, next generation Windows operating platform ("Whistler"), Office 10, MSDN subscriptions, hardware accessories and Microsoft Press publications.
